Security and Data Handling

What the waitlist collects, what the site reader fetches when it writes your Product DNA, and which providers process the data.

What the waitlist collects

  • Step 1: your work email, trimmed and lower-cased. With it we store the time you joined, your position on the list and, if your visit had them, the utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign tags and the referring page your browser reports.
  • Step 2, if you fill it in: your product URL, category, the platforms you want, whether you have a Reddit account to use, team size and role, and when you saved them.
  • The UTM tags and the referrer are kept in your browser’s session storage, not in a cookie, and are sent only with step 1.

What the site reader fetches

  • Only the URL you submit and pages on the same site, as static HTML without running JavaScript, at most 20,000 characters per page.
  • It starts with /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt when present; applies robots.txt only to heuristic and sitemap pages.
  • Heuristic pages are common paths such as /pricing and /about, tried when llms.txt lists no links. The home page, llms.txt, llms-full.txt and pages linked from llms.txt are read without checking robots.txt.

Who processes it

  • Hosting: Vercel
  • CDN and DNS proxy: Cloudflare
  • Waitlist database: Google Cloud Firestore
  • Sign-in to our internal console: Clerk
  • Secrets: Google Secret Manager
