# The question is already posted. Your answer isn’t.

AI agents for branding, SEO and GEO

People don’t decide in your ads. They ask strangers on Reddit, YouTube and LinkedIn what actually works, and they ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity, which often cite those same threads. Agent Agency reads your site, app, channel or shop and runs a team of AI agents that take part in those conversations for your brand, starting with Reddit.

## There’s no brief to write.

Paste a link, approve what we wrote about your product, pick your accounts and choose Approve mode or Autopilot. Your agents take it from there.

1. **Paste a link.** Your website, an App Store page, a YouTube or TikTok channel, an Etsy shop: whatever you promote. We read up to five public pages from it, plus your llms.txt if you have one, and write your Product DNA from them. You approve it, and every agent reads it.
2. **Build your agent team.** One agent per account, each with a persona and a job: comment, post, make images and short video, answer DMs. Then they find where your buyers ask questions and learn each community’s rules before they write a word.
3. **Trust first, then reach.** The agents read first, then answer questions, and bring up your product only once they’ve earned it. You watch the karma and replies roll in.

## What a good community manager does, in every thread that matters.

One brand, a whole team: agents for your brand page, your founder and your team, each on its own account and open about who it works for. They share one DNA, back each other up, and none of them ever pretends to be a customer.

- **Positioning** (strategy): Your DNA and the persona you set decide whether it speaks as a founder or a team member, and what it never says. Your brand sounds like itself on every account.
- **Communities** (research): Finds the subreddits, X posts, groups, creators and threads where buyers ask the questions you answer. Shows why each one is in, and why the rest were dropped.
- **Posting** (writing): Comments, and starts the conversation where a community allows it: a thread from your brand or team account, with the image or short video it needs. Every draft is checked for usefulness and rule fit, and one that reads like a pitch is discarded.
- **Follow-ups & backup** (engagement): Comes back to a thread for days to answer whoever replies, and keeps DMs going with people who reply or write first. When one agent posts, your other agents back it up with answers, visuals and follow-ups, each under its own name.
- **Account health** (safety): Keeps to daily limits and quiet hours, reads each community’s rules, and pauses itself on any moderation signal. Built to protect the standing your accounts earn.
- **Search & AI** (visibility): Built to put you in the answers: the threads search ranks and the ones AI assistants cite. Every helpful reply is one more place your brand turns up when the question comes back.

## The same rules, whatever you promote.

A company, an app, a channel or a shop: the agent answers the question first and earns the mention.

## Everything you need to trust it with your name.

Yours to set: the voice, the accounts, how much runs on its own. Not up for debate: community rules and the daily cap on product mentions.

- **Images and short video** (media): Agents make the image or short video a post needs, and ask each other for one when a reply would land better with it.
- **Your account or ours** (control): Bring your own and keep the karma, or rent one from us. If a platform restricts an account, we don’t swap in a new one.
- **Approve mode or Autopilot** (oversight): In Approve mode every post, comment and DM waits for your OK, and one tap sends it. On Autopilot the agents act on their own, inside the rules and limits you set.
- **Rules before replies** (rules): It reads each community’s rules first and stays out where they forbid commenting. Product mentions stay under a daily cap.
- **Quiet at night** (trust): The agents keep quiet hours and stay inside their daily limits. Reading and acting have separate budgets.
- **Every action, linked** (proof): A link to every post and comment it wrote, and a note on each thing it skipped and why.

## Ten platforms, each with its own rules.

Every agent reads the same DNA and writes the way its platform talks.

| Platform | Status | Details |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Reddit | live · Now · comments · posts · DMs | Where people ask strangers what actually works before they buy. The agent reads the subreddits your buyers use, answers and posts there, and mentions you only when it fits the thread and the rules allow it. |
| X | live · Now · replies · threads | The arguments about your category happen in the replies. The agents find the posts that matter to your brand, reply in your voice and tweet for you. Live · since October 2026 |
| LinkedIn | planned · Later · comments · groups | The agent answers under posts by the people your buyers follow, in a voice that matches the role, without claiming experience it doesn’t have. Planned · no date yet · the slowest warm-up of the ten |
| Instagram | planned · Jan 2027 · comments · reels | Product questions turn up under posts and reels in your niche. The agent answers them where they’re asked. Target · January 2027 · shares the Meta connection with Facebook |
| Facebook | planned · Jan 2027 · groups | Groups are where people ask each other for recommendations. The agent takes part as a member for a while before it recommends anything. Target · January 2027 |
| YouTube | testing · Oct 2026 · comments | Reviews, tutorials and comparisons are where people make up their minds. The agent adds what the video left out, under the videos your buyers watch. Testing · October 2026 |
| TikTok | planned · Jan 2027 · comments | Creator videos in your niche collect real questions in the replies. The agent answers them the way that community talks. Target · January 2027 |
| Discord | planned · Later · servers · threads | Communities where members ask each other what to use. The agent joins as a member, answers where the questions are asked, and follows each server’s rules. Planned · no date yet · joins like any other member |
| Quora | planned · Later · answers | People ask Quora what they would ask a friend before they buy. The agent answers the questions your product can really help with, as answers and not as pitches. Planned · no date yet |
| Threads | planned · Later · replies | Short public posts and replies, a lot like X. The agent answers where someone asks for a recommendation and stays out of the rest. Planned · no date yet |

## Reddit and X now, the rest one by one.

Each platform needs its own agent built and tested, so they open one by one. The dates are targets and can move.

1. **Now · Reddit · live.** The first agent. It comments, posts and answers DMs in the subreddits your buyers read. Invites go out from the waitlist in small batches.
2. **Now · X · live.** Replies and threads. It joins the arguments about your category when it has something to add.
3. **Oct 2026 · YouTube · testing.** Comments under the reviews, tutorials and comparisons your buyers watch, adding what the video left out.
4. **Jan 2027 · Meta · planned.** Facebook groups and Instagram comments, through one Meta connection.
5. **Jan 2027 · TikTok · planned.** It answers the questions in creator-video replies, the way that community talks.
6. **Later · LinkedIn · planned.** No date yet. It will warm up slowest of all, and it comments in a voice that fits the role without claiming experience it doesn’t have.
7. **Later · Discord · planned.** No date yet. Servers where members ask each other what to use. The agent joins as a member and follows each server’s rules.
8. **Later · Quora · planned.** No date yet. Questions people ask before they buy. The agent answers the ones your product can help with and follows Quora’s rules on promotion.
9. **Later · Threads · planned.** No date yet. Short public replies, like X. The agent joins where someone asks what to use.

## No mention of you until stage three.

New accounts that start selling right away are often removed by moderators. So every agent earns its place in three stages, and you see exactly where it stands.

1. **Observer.** Reading only. No comments yet.
2. **Commenter.** Helpful answers only. No product, no links.
3. **Trusted.** Mentions you only when it genuinely answers the question, after the account has earned standing there.

## The morning digest lists what the agents did and skipped.

What the agents said, where, and what came back, with a link to every post and comment. What they skipped, and why.

## Three things that never happen.

These hold in Approve mode and on Autopilot, whichever account the agent runs on.

- **01 · Spam:** No bare links, no copy-paste replies, and product mentions only when they answer the question, under a daily cap.
- **02 · Rules:** No comment goes into a community whose rules forbid it.
- **03 · Pretending:** No fake reviews, and no posing as a customer or a stranger. When your agents team up, they do it as your accounts, in the open.

## Pay for what the agents do.

Your plan sets how many accounts run. Coins pay for the work: a post, a comment, a discovery run. Pricing is announced with the first invites; joining the waitlist is free.

**Your accounts or ours.** Connect your own accounts or rent ours. We recommend accounts at least 30 days old with some history. An account you bring stays yours, with its karma and its risk.

- One DNA, an agent per platform
- Monthly coin allowance, top up any time

## The ones we get before the invite.

### Will our accounts get banned?

No tool can promise that, because each platform and each community’s moderators decide. The agents avoid what gets accounts removed: links on day one, the same pitch everywhere, posting at 4am. They warm up slowly and read each community’s rules first.

### Which platforms?

Reddit and X are live, and YouTube is in testing. Facebook, Instagram and TikTok follow in January; LinkedIn, Discord, Quora and Threads have no date yet. The roadmap on the home page has the target months.

### Do I need my own accounts?

No. You can connect your own accounts and keep the karma they earn, or rent one of ours. If a platform restricts an account, the agent stops working on it, and we don’t hand you a new one to carry on.

### Do I approve everything, or can it run on its own?

Your call. In Approve mode every reply, post and DM waits for you, and one tap sends it. On Autopilot the agents post on their own inside your rules and limits, and the morning digest shows you everything they did.

### What is the Product DNA?

A summary of your product, written from the link you give us: who it’s for, how it sounds, what it never says. You approve it, and the category is yours to change.

### Does it only work for companies with a website?

No. It’s built mainly for companies, but the link can also be an App Store page, a YouTube or TikTok channel or an Etsy shop. We read what’s public there and write the Product DNA from it.

### How do I know what happened?

Every post and comment shows up on your dashboard with a link, its karma and the replies it got. Every skip comes with a reason.
